Executive Sales Assistant @ Teradata Corporation (Maternity Cover)

The Executive Sales Assistant performs wide ranges of duties and is the PA to the Area Vice President of Eastern Europe and the Country Manager of Czech Republic. She is also a very important support person for the whole Czech sales team. The position is a cover for maternity leave and the contract will be issued for a limited time period.

Key Areas of Responsibility

   PA administration such as travel organization and other secretarial support

   Coordination of customer and internal meetings, events, conferences etc.

   Administrative support to the country sales team

   Sales finance administration management and office management such as processing I Expense reports for Area Vice President and Russian County manager, checking invoices, facilitating the office accessories etc.

   Providing local marketing support

   Communication with Marketing head office (via email and regular conference calls)

   Distribution of information to local sales team

   Diary management to the Area Vice President and Czech Republic Country Manager

   Processing orders for office stationary

   Reporting evidence of holidays for all the company staff – once per month for payroll dept.

Requirements and profile

•   Experience in a similar role in an international cooperation of at least 4 years is a must

•   Excellent organization and communication skills

•   Fluent in English, Native in Czech/Slovak

•   Self motivated with common sense and positive attitude

•   Must be able to prioritize workload, multitask and work under pressure

•   Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)

•   Knowledge of/Experience with accounting processes and office facilities management is a big plus

This is a maternity cover with contract for defined period of time.
