Department Description:
EMEA Contract Services
The scope of Contract Services Rep includes various responsibilities related to daily interaction with internal/external customers via phone/email, with main focus on administration, data entry while following all internal processes.

Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations:
Key responsibilities:
1. Taking direct purchase orders for service contracts and administering new service contracts and renewals – checking orders, data entry to service system.
2. Contacting the customer in order to obtain service contracts renewal or get clarification
3. Close cooperation with other departments / teams
4. Ensure that contractual data has integrity and compliance to all policies and procedures

Specific Knowledge/Skills:
- Communicative level of English language, excellent level of French
- Customer Service or related type of experience is desirable
- PC literate: MS Word, Excel; ability to work with systems, data entry skills
- Excellent communication skills, professional attitude
- High Level of organization skills, attention to detail
- Adaptability, flexibility, stress resistance
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
