DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
The Motorola Solutions Central Order Management team is the central point for customer communication in the EMEA region (Europe Middle East & Africa).

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The scope of the position “Customer Care Representative” includes various responsibilities related to daily interaction with internal and external customers via email/phone, administrative support and data entry while following all internal processes.

Working hours: 8,5 hours a day – 9:00 – 17:30

Customer Care Representative is the main point of contact for customers who order hardware and software.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES/EXPECTATIONS
• Review of purchase order documents and entry of all hardware and software purchase orders in accordance with approved discount levels and Motorola Bookable Order Criteria (BOC). This includes: review of terms and conditions, pricing analysis, product definition and delivery requirements.

• point of contact for hardware and software purchase orders errors, changes, cancellations.

• Communicating measurements and corrective actions associated with the BOC and Sarbanes Oxley (SOX), including booking purchase orders within a 24 hour period (provided all Bookable Order Criteria are met).

• Cooperation with Supply Chain.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
• English language - excellent level
• PC literate: MS Word, Excel; ability to work with systems, data entry skills
• Excellent communication skills, professional attitude
• High Level of organization skills, attention to detail
• Adaptability, flexibility, stress resistance
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
