Responsibilities:
1. Daily communication with customers (mainly by email)
2. Price quotation and lead time information (in cooperation with the Material planning dept.)
3. Processing customer´s purchase orders in the system and allocation of material
4. Preparation of paperwork needed for picking and packing parts in the store
5. Invoicing + credit notes
6. Archive all the documentation paperwork
Requirements:
Essential
- High Education
- Excellent knowledge of French, communicative knowledge of English
- Customer approach
- Ability to work independently with high resposibility
Desirable
- Experience in customer service
- PC skills (MS Excel)
