A spacious and bright room is for rent in a 2 bedroom flat from the 1st September.

Your room is very spacious ( 23 m2) and has lots of light as it has a big ttriple-glazed window.

The room can be either furnished (comes with a bed and night tables, table and chair, wardrobe, sofa and armchair, ) or completely/partly unfurnished. It depends just on you, whether you want to furnish that up with your own stuff or you want to keep any pieces of the furniture which was mentioned above!

The whole flat has been all repainted now, has new triple-glazed windows (which make the flat nice and quiet and avoid any noises from the street to get in). Its all covered with wooden floor.

Both kitchen and bathroom are also fully equipped with all dishes and appliances including cook/oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and wash machine.

In the hall there are two spacious wardrobes with a lot of storage space.

The flat is situated in an amazing location Vinohrady, just in the centre of the city. Vinohradská street is the main street which goes from the St. Wenceslaw Square. You can walk from this place to the centre or nearby metro stations happily within a 5 min. by feet.

There is also a tram stop "Vinohradská Tržnice" which is just in front of the building of the flat! The important is you have a great public transportation 24/7.

You can get from there:

• 4 min. by tram #11 to the Muzeum metro station (both the red line C and the green one A) and St. Wenceslas square

• 2 min. to Jiriho z Podebrad metro station (green line A)

• 5 min. by tram #16 to I.P. Pavlova or Namesti Miru

• 5 min. by walk to the Flora shopping centre with lots of cafes and cinema

• supermarket Albert just across the road

• all the main bank offices nearby

• nearby fitnesses at 3 min walking distance

• Riegrovy Sady (a huge park) is located 2 min. from the flat; its a great place to relax, go for a jogging or just for a walk

• lots of bars, restaurants, take-aways around this area

You will share the flat with only person, me :). I am a czech girl, 22yo student of humanities, art and english. I'm devoted to photography, art in general and music so if you are into these things as well it would be great to share our interests. I am a friendly, easy-going and open-minded person. I'm sociable and I like hanging out or having friends to come over.

I'm looking for a (preferably) non smoking and no pets person. Men gay are preferred .)

The rent is 8100 czk/month which includes utilities (and wifi). The refundable deposit is required (at the rate of one moth rent), which you'll get back when you are leaving the room.
