Hi all,

First of all, sorry for the spam. My flatmate just announced that he's moving out by mid-December so I'm urgently searching someone to share the rent. I also post here as I prefer to live with a person with a similar mindset. Anyway, if not even you, but one of your friends is looking for a place, please, let me know.

Now, the dirty details: the place is near the Vlhka station of trams 8, 10 and 12. It has 4 rooms which of 2 is mine. Rent and all the fees are a sum of 11000CZK plus Internet (which is a ridiculous 512 ADSL at the moment for 400 per month but we may upgrade), we may half all this price. Unfortunately my flatmate's furniture is his own, so you may bring your stuff for comfort. Please, let me know if anyone is interested or need more details.

the landlord doesn't speak English and I don't speak much Czech yet. And it came out that my current flatmate is okay to leave his furniture for a friendly price.
