For our client, prestigious international corporation, we are currently searching for the candidates for the position of HR Administrator.
Job description
You will take part in intensive induction training where you will learn all necessary information about company software and about Human Resources procedures. After that, you will be responsible for HR service for assigned group of Dutch speaking employees. You will deliver HR service in following areas:
• data management – personnel administration (e.g. preparation of employment contracts, updating of employees data, administrative changes in various documents regarding maternity leave or promotion of employees)
• producing letters and standard correspondence
• providing specific HR statistics
• participation in various side projects
• HR advisory for the employees, answering general HR queries of the client's employees and managers received via phone, email or system
Requirements:
• minimum high school degree
• fluent or native Dutch
• good English
• previous experience in administrative position (preferably in HR field) is advantage
• MS Word, Excel
• detail oriented
• excellent customer service skills, strong communication skills
• preciseness, positive personality and attitude
