Office work with Dutch

For our client – prestigious international corporation - we are looking for candidates for the position of Dutch speaking individual who would be responsible for answering clients inquiries and requests.

Job description:

Answering inquiry requests and phone calls (80-90% via email, 10–20% via phone)

Ensuring and oversing that referral information/issue is appropriately forwarded to a relevant service/person.

Following-up with customers on issues that cannot be resolved immediately.

Requirements:

Fluent Dutch and communicative English

High School diploma

Relevant working experience is an advantage
