Brno: Recruitment Specialist with fluent German

For our important client, prestigious European airline, we are looking for motivated professional who will be responsible for whole recruitment process within the company.

What would be Your main tasks:

* Responsibility for external recruitment and selection (creating and preparation of job descriptions, prescreening, conducting phone and personal interviews...)
* Cooperation with recruitment agencies
* Carrying out investigations and research on best recruitment procedures, locations and its updates
* Creative problem solving focused on recruitment and established procedures that affect immediate organization decision on recruitment

Who are we looking for:

* Dedicated professional with fluent English and Fluent in English and German
* At least 2-3 years of previous direct experience with recruitment
* Interest in and solid understanding of the HR recruitment processes
* Understanding of the service centre business as well as knowledge of employment regulations in the Czech republic (visa policy, work permits, Labor code) is of advantage
* Strongly developed negotiation, listening and persuasive skills
* Stress resistance, flexibility, ability to multitask
