Exceptional & Creative HR Manager

I´m looking for both experienced and enthusiastic individuals with opened minds and creative approach to Human Resources solutions facilitating employees´ engagement, personal and professional growth within an internationally well-established IT company.

What would be Your main tasks:

* Implementing your own ideas related to improvement of HR related issues in cooperation with European and US based HR team
* Leading European based programs including recruiting, on-boarding, organizational development initiatives and reporting across the Europe
* Advising business leaders on strategic initiatives
* Creating events, conferences, job-fairs, internship programs and inventing other ways attracting talents

Who are we looking for:

* Dedicated professional (6years+ HR experience) with creative and enthusiastic approach able to advise business leaders and contribute to relaxed, friendly and creative atmosphere at the same time
* Experience with other European countries including employment laws, market practices and operational best practices.
* Experience with Performance Management, Compensation planning and HR systems
* Strongly developed negotiation, persuasive and coaching skills
* Experience working for IT or/and US parent company is a plus
* Someone who really knows what organizational democracy and employee happiness means
