Our client is a well-established, strong and respected international biotech company that applies unique and novel procedures to develop new medicines for the treatment of cancer and autoimmune diseases. As the research results are very promising, the company is in a very strong position to expand and invests heavily into R&D, technology transfer, core process development.
We are especially looking for candidates with:

* Interest in the field of Oncology research and motivation to become an important support to scientific team working various projects
* MSc. students or graduates in an appropriate field (especially Immunology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biology of the Cell, Genetics etc.)
* Excellent communication skills (fluent English both spoken and written is a must)
* International experience is a plus

* International experience (min.2years)
* PhD. degree in appropriate field
* Excellent communication skills (fluent English both spoken and written is a must)
* Convincing publication track record
* Ability to drive projects to conclusion and creative spirit
* Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills, ability to lead cross functional international teams and present results of your work
