Ahoj! Ahoj. We are renting a single room in the heart of Zizkov since 1MAY2014 and for long term.
The street Jezkova is 5 minutes by walk to the metro stop Jiriho z Podebrad and 5 minutes by walk to Husineska or Lipanska tram stop (number 9, 26...). It is the best place to live in Prague, riegrovy sady park is just behind the building.
Price 5666cz+ 300cz/400cz a mont for (gas/internet).Depisit one month.
Your room will be equiped ( it can be also without furniture if you ask) with: two dressers, one wardrobe, one single bed (you can't see it in the pictures), one desk and a small bookcase.
Kitchen will have a new table and two benches (different to those in the pictures), sofa, refrigerator, oven, microwave and two small storage closets.
There is a toilet and a bathroom with a bath/shower and a washing machine.
Finally there's a big entrance where you can leave your bike.
In the building we have a small garden that can be used for quite garden parties.
Just one thing: we don't like people who forget dirty dishes for days.
