You daily taskts will be: The main purpose of the IT Analyst is to support the IT Manager in delivery of responsibilities Engage with business teams within his/her area of responsibility to communicate and scope the IT plan aligned with overall IT plan Undertake the relevant project execution activities to support Local Growth Programs Work with Global Innovation to provide necessary integration activities Work with local vendors in delivery of application management Assist with communication and resolution of Incidents Input to review services within area of responsibility and help develop action plans for these Input to review of Global services within area of responsibility and help to develop action plans for these Track achievement of action plans within area of responsibility Work with Global & Local vendors in delivery of Global services where appropriate Assist with communication and coordination of status of Urgent Incidents within the MCO and understanding impact to support resolution of these incidents Work with business teams to ensure that the benefits of the existing service lines and new/updated services lines within area of responsibility are achieved What would you need to succeed and handle this job? Of course good IT skills Fluent English and Czech Usefull is as well some experience Good communication skills, influencing skills, proactive and innovative thinking Ability to build relationship
