Ahoj, shanime jednoho cloveka na Internship - idealni pro studenty IT 4. a 5. rocniku.

Hledame nekoho na delsi spolupraci, hodne studentu po absolvovani prechazi na HPP do Graduatskeho programu. Dalsi pozadavkem je dobra znalost anglictiny (denni komunikace napr. s Mexikem...). A pote flexibilita cca kolem 20 -25 hodin tydne a hlavne zajem o dany obor a chut dale se zdokonalovavat :-) Nastup je mozny ihned.
Popis pozice:
 Provide 1st/2nd level support for PPS World Wide partners
 Provide 1st/2nd level support for PSG WW R&D labs using the HP software load system
 Acknowledge the requests and generate initial documentation for the incoming requests/ email (i.e., generate a ticket).
 Collect necessary information and data regarding the reported issue
 Solve the issue or escalate to the appropriate owner within specified SLA's.
 Manage the issue; follow up as necessary until closure; communicate closure resolution to original owner
 Monitor the HP software load system network, including file servers and SQL servers; attempt to identify and resolve issues proactively.
 Distribute & install new releases of HP Software tools within the HP system network
 Maintain all applications and platforms according to HP security rules
