Pro dlouhodobý projekt v Sii dresu hledáme projektového administrátora s angličtinou a němčinou a zhruba 2 lety praxe. Praha, nástup dle domluvy, HPP/IČO.

WHAT IS THE PROJECT ABOUT?
• Follow up on tasks, other partners have to do in order to install customer fixed line based communication services
• Check if systems and information has been updated according to process
• Receive tasks from German organization
• Follow up by reading and using 4 different client proprietary tools
• Follow up (call and email) on outstanding tasks
• Report back to specific project manager to inform about status
• Escalate to project manager
• Report on finalizes tasks and successful customer line installations (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Report back bi-weekly, how the working relationship is going and what can be improved to ensure a better service
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM A CANDIDATE?
• Project Administrator with at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role
• strong follow-up and tracking and tracing skills (of dates, tasks, replies from other)
• very good negotiating and convincing skills over the phone
• able to prioritize tasks
• able to work with excel and special tools
• Solid communication skills in both English and German language
• We would welcome a pragmatic, flexible and proactive team player, willingn to learn new skills on the fly
