Income Administrator (female/male)
1. Field of Activity
Income is handling and processing all types of Income events (redemptions, coupons and dividends) on securities. Working in a dynamic and international environment, you will contribute to assuring internal and external customers receive quality service throughout the whole processing chain.
2. Main Tasks/responsibilities:
Process all types of coupons and redemptions linked to the US domestic market and dividends events on all domestics markets
Actively follow up missing data using internal and external datasources
Handle all pre and post payment exceptions
Reconcile cash and securities differences
Monitor and solve customer queries
Prepare and notify customers of income events
Strengthen relationships with agents and depositories
Take initiative and participate in continuous process improvements
Answering of all customer queries
Training other staff, units
3. Qualification & Skills
Secondary school, University degree is plus but not absolutely mandatory
Language Level:
English: very good written and spoken English required (daily communication with internal and external parties)
French/German: not mandatory
PC literate, good knowledge of MS Word and Excel (knowledge of MS Access is a strong asset)
Experience: there is no need to have experience in the banking/financial sector, but candidate can ideally have some previous experience
Good analytical skills
High level of time flexibility
Strong team player in a multicultural environment
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Process-oriented and logical work approach
To be able to work under pressure and be able to work in the team
Complexity: the future employee should be able to think complexly (and not only to be focused on a single process step, he/she should be able to assume the risks and impacts on all areas)
Other Information
Working Hours
Working Hours: shifts early as 07:30 and late as 19:00 (service has to be delivered from 08:30 until 18:00)
6 times per month late shift until 22.00 needs to be covered
Working on Public Holidays: the service has to be covered during all public holidays (shifts between team members), except on 25 December and 01 January
