Business Analyst (retail)

Job description:
• Analysis of requirements for the change of the company's business processes and their transformation into structured specification of the target concept, including process models in line with standard frameworks (UML, CASE tools) and standards (COBIT, BABOK)
• Support of the business in identification of the knowledge-base, its replication and standardization, identification of development opportunities, facilitation and management of the continuous improvement program
• Support of the business in defining the test scenarios, user testing and solution deployment
• Proactive communication with the business, stakeholders, key users, cooperation with PM in-house team, interaction with suppliers
• Participation in key, mid-term and short-term projects of Benzina

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience with business analysis (transformation of business needs into a set of IT requirements), process frameworks (UML, CASE), business process standards are welcome (COBIT, BABOK)
• Elementary orientation in project management is welcome (ITIL, Prince2, PMBOK)
• Process documentation using CASE tools (MS VISIO)
• Desire to follow the latest ICT trends
• Ability to work parallely on multiple projects
• Great organisation and communication skills, strategic and analytical thinking, independence, responsibility and reliability
• Proactive in stakeholder management (organising of 1-2-1 interviews, workshops etc.)
• Experience from Retail IT is an advantage
• Communicative English

Mainly (95%): Prague office (Prague 4)
