Responsibilities:

• As a Group CRM Specialist, you will play a key role in this innovative and exciting journey
• Deliver all CRM activities according to monthly and quaterly plans including email, site/mobile messaging, SMS marketing, loyalty programme and other as required
• Ensure all bonuses, codes, promotions and campaigns are delivered
• Develop and manage optimisation plan for communications and subsequently reporting results and recommendations back to key stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvements for communications to optimise performance versus KPI’s and recommend improvements where required.
• Ensure content sign off occurs in plenty of time (at least 24hrs prior to send)
• Ensure day to day brief - build - deliver process runs effectively + efficiently
• You will be required to keep abreast and research new trends and developments across communications channels
• You will become proficient in all marketing communication channels and utilising all systems and tools such as Silverpop, PT Optimiser and Campaign Manager
Requirements:

• Fluent English (local languages an advantage – Czech, Slovak, Polish, Romanian)
• At least 1 years experience as a CRM executive or similar positions
• Strong analytical/commercial/numbers focus including experience of managing significant marketing budgets
• Good technical knowledge of CRM and analytical systems
• A growth mindset – always be looking for how we can get “just that 1%” better
• Excelent eye on detail – you are almost perfecionist
