Performes test of new patches. Install and deploy hardware based on user/business requests. Moves hardware and phone from desk to desk. High Customer focus, Communicative, stress resistant. specific knowledge Knowledge of business processes, ITIL processes, associated with the end user management. Expert knowledge about general IT hardware and software. Knowledge of remote access technology and monitoring systems. Application support in the field using mobile technology.
