Czech family is looking for a second home with the smell of ocean in Portugal

My family is looking for a property, that will suite needs of all 3(4) members. First of all the property needs to be in the reach of public transport and in a good position for frequent travelling to Lisbon. It needs to be kids friendly (one of us is just 2 years old..:) and accommodate 6-10 people, at least 3 separate bedrooms + kitchen & living room. More than 1 bathroom is a bonus. Additional living or storage place / garage are welcome. The property must be in a good condition - it does not have to be new, but well maintained, as it can be used immediately after the purchase. That also means it has to have some heating as the place will be used all-year (it can be central heating or fireplaces).

The place needs to have a small garden or a bigger terrace(s). Seaview can make a huge difference in our decision making. We are not looking for a property in separated condominium (which is “dead” during the off-season), close proximity of a lively centre is appreciated. Public services near the location are also welcome, as one of users of the house will be also 65 years old active lady. The property should not be longer than approx. 15 minute walk from ocean / seaside - and should provide a possibility to park 3 cars.

The property can be a house, but also an apartment - in case, it meets most of our needs (spacious/with big terrace) and also the price is important. The maximum budget is 300.000 Euros.

We were about to buy this property - see the link below - it can be used as a good example. In this case there are some problems (mortgage/taxes) that did not allow us to agree with the price and other conditions of the owners. But we really liked this house and Ericeira is for us the best location..:
