Customer experience is important for all companies and we have passion for it. Global Support Centre (GSC) is new division inside IPSOS, based in Prague and dedicated to monitoring and management of customer experience via mystery shopping and its application. The goal of GSC is to support individual IPSOS countries (including Czech Republic) in mystery shopping project management. For this team we are looking for:

Operations Executive with excellent Italian & English language skills - Full-time position
The main goal of this position is to execute mystery shopping projects´ fieldwork. The Operations Executive is responsible for assigning of all field visits to the Field Team Members (Mystery Shoppers/Auditors) in Italy. They ensure the completion of the programs they have been allocated. They assist in recruiting and briefing of new Field Team Members (Mystery Shoppers), as well as updating data as required.

What we expect:
• Completed secondary education (university degree is a benefit), having attended preferably Marketing, Sales, Retail and Communication related courses
• Experience in project management work is a benefit
• Position is suitable for absolvents
• Excellent Italian language skills – writing and speaking
• Excellent English language skills – writing and speaking
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Thriving in a team environment and keen to achieve personal and team goals
• Committed and highly organized, with good interpersonal & communication skills
• Self-driven with a positive outlook
• Enthusiastic for new experiences and responsibilities
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people and cultures
