SITA Aero - Business Analyst - Service Management - SD-WAN

SITA - Business Process Analyst to join our Service Management Product team and help define the service management for new generation of Network services, SD-WAN.

Role and responsibilities
 Document processes to be put in place for SD-WAN (Software Defined WAN)
 Collaborate with multiple internal teams to drive process design/engineering
 Develop operational plans to implement expected processes and automate where possible
 Investigate systematic problems and business issues, consult key stakeholders, document proposed solutions.
 Work with technical teams to provide documented functional and technical requirements to automate solutions with technology (API design and consumption)
 Share best practices, mentor SITA teams and share knowledge
Required Qualifications
 Business Process Management Notation (BPMN) knowledge
 Significant business change and business process re/engineering experience
 ITIL certification
 Service Management Expertise related to Network services (mandatory)
 Experience in creating detailed Functional Requirement Documentation (mandatory)
 Ability to be involved in technical discussions, especially API utilization and design (mandatory)
 Ability to work with business owners to define key business requirements
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
 ServiceNow knowledge is a plus
 Experience working with Service provider and Air Trasnport Industry is a plus
 Minimum Experience: 5 years

Salary negotiable , based on experience 45 - 65.000
