PURPOSE
You will be part of the Team “Customer Digital Experience” within the Air Transport Solutions (ATS) Platform product group.
This team is in charge of enhancing our ATI customers experience along their journey with SITA, either during pre-sales to delivery cycles (project for ecommerce channel implementation), as well as during operations (customer service and applications management).
As a Business Analyst, you will have to identify and understand business issues and processes. You will define and document business needs and produce functional requirements. You will provide functional subject matter expertise for development and customer facing teams.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with multiple internal/external teams to drive process design/reengineering
Develop operational plans to improve manual processes and automate where possible
Investigate systematic problems and business issues, consult key stakeholders, document proposed solutions
Work with technical teams to provide documented business and technical requirements to automate solutions with technology
Share best practices and mentor SITA teams and share knowledge.
Deliver Functional Requirement Documents
Define and manage test phases of delivered developments, including user acceptance testing
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business Analysis including experience of building and running test plans/cases
Functional Requirements Documents creation advanced experience
Business change and business process re-engineering experience
Ability to work with business owners to define key business requirements
Experience working with Service provider and Air Transport Industry is a plus
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Service Management expertise and/or E-Commerce expertise
Business Process Management Notation (BPMN) knowledge
Ability to be involved in technical discussions
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Microsoft Office proficiency
ServiceNow knowledge is a plus
Salesforce knowledge is a plus
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in IT or any other technical field
ITIL certification is a plus
Salary is negotiable, not set in stone. Can go both ways based on experience.
