Acid slaví 5 let
Postupně skládáme naši kavárnu kousek po kousku jako stavebnici bez návodu. Snažíme se od začátku o konceptualni dílo; pro nás jde o hru s kávou, o rozšíření obýváku do veřejného prostoru; a pro vás je plně k dispozici i s námi a našimi představami o kafi, komunitním sdílení a trávení času mezi lidmi. Je to místo někde mezi soukromým a veřejným světem. Acid ma svůj vlastní rytmus dechu i tlukot srdce. Ráno se protáhne, dopoledne nadechne, na oběd vydechne a po zbytek dne se mu rozbuší srdce.
Přijďte nás pozdravit v pátek večer do Acidu, dát si ještě kafe, ať vydržíte i na afterparty; bude hudba, bude pití a budeme my, kteří budeme moc rádi, když uvidíme vás! Byť na skok ;)

se narodila a vyrostla v Praze a tady taky začínala na akcích jako fotografka. Když ale v hledáčku pozorovala DJs při práci, neodolatelná touha rozhýbat hudbou crowd se zmocnila i jí. Zamilovala si melodický 90s trance, syntíkové italo disco bangers a atmosféry tribal downtempa. Za roky na scéně si vydobyla místo v solidních lineupech doma v Praze i po republice a rozmanitými sety dneska otevírá festivaly a zavírá nad ránem kluby. Hraje taky s kamarádkou Shurigen v duu Mona Lisa
-Cereal
Pražský rodák a produktový designér má více než desetiletou zkušenost jako party průzkumník a hudební skaut. V roce 2023 se poprvé oficiálně postavil za mixák a založil PICKLES, sérii akcí zaměřených na progresivní house, dance a trance. Hudbu konzumuje 24/7, jeho sety jsou vždy svěží a uzpůsobené naladění obou stran DJ pultu. Neustále hledá nové zvuky a ty nejoblíbenější shání na vinylu, který je další metou jeho DJ umu.

We’ve been putting our coffee shop together piece by piece like a construction kit with no instructions. From day one, we've strived to create a conceptual piece; for us, coffee is a game to be played, an extension of our living room into public space; and it’s there for you, a place to enjoy, to encounter us and our vision of coffee, community sharing and time spent in one another’s company. A space somewhere in between the private and the public, Acid breathes in its own rhythm, to its own heartbeat. It takes a stretch and a deep breath in the morning, exhales at lunchtime, and its heart goes racing for the rest of the day.

Born and raised in Prague, Demonika started as an event photographer, and while observing the DJs in action through the viewfinder of her camera, she could not possibly resist the. Mighty powers of playing music for the crowd. Over the years, she developed a great fondness for the melodies of 90’s trance, and fell hard for certified italo disco bangers or tribal downtempo treasures. With her varied selection, Demonika became a regular on local line-ups and festivals, whether she’s opening the night or closing in the early morning hours. She also represents one half of a girl-duo Mona Lisa.
-Cereal
Prague-born and based, Cereal is a local product designer with over a decade of experience as a party-goer and music digger. In 2023, he officially stepped behind the decks and launched PICKLES, a party series focused on progressive house, dance, and trance. Craving the music 24/7, his sets are always fresh and mood-driven, capturing the energy from both sides of the booth. Constantly on the hunt for new sounds, the best finds land on vinyl as he continues to refine his DJ skills.
