Room for sub-let in August

The room is fully furnished, with a view over the beautiful Letna park. Close to many local amenities, 2mins from the tram stop Strossmayerovo Namesti, and 5mins from Vltavska Metro (red line C), but also within 20mins walking distance from the city centre.

The flat itself has many old features, the room is very bright, and it feels like a typical flat in the romantic city of Prague with many traditional features. The kitchen was recently renovated, and we have washing machine, fridge, bath/shower, and storage for bikes (downstairs), wireless internet e.t.c.

It is a shared flat, and the other flatmates are lovely people. One is French, working as a journalist/animator/fine artist, the other is an Australian glass blower/fine artist, both of whom are now living permenantly here. We are looking for someone interesting, quiet, respectful, and hopefully older, with the view of taking the room for the month of August. Rent is 5000czk (200euro) If you are only visiting Prague even for 2 weeks, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. It would be the same price as 2 weeks in the cheapest hostel (at the current exchange rate...)!!!!!!

BUT: please remember it's not a hostel. We keep the house clean and tidy, so don't apply to this add if your hygiene standards are lacking!!!!
