After spending 2 months on Beatport and Kompakt, Scout is finally out for free!
The release got a lot of attention and Monoblock's remix even got some plays

[EARXP07] - Project Swirl - Connected EP

Project Swirl was created to make loops for my radio show @ TPR web
radio. After a few months some full length tracks were outlined. This
spring 10-12 tracks were completed. Before summer we started to master
them with my friend. After my holidays I started to find netlabels to
release them.

My style is mostly minimal / experimental, but - referring to my
ceased project - I like to take by-passes to other styles, like
electro. But I think you can feel my minimal minded thinking on these
tracks : )

I will have some other releases in the last quarter of 2006. A 4 track
EP will come out in a spanish minimal net label. One of my tracks will
come out in a russian net compilation. And after them I will have a 4
track EP in a portuguese net label.

Markus got in contact with electronic music as early as 1993. Starting to deejay with friends at a youth club and illegal parties in Leipzig, he went on spinning techno records till 1997. After a three-year-detour over hip hop - Markus was DJ of local sound crew - he eventually came back to 4/4 rhythms. Joining various party crews in Leipzig, Markus made himself a name as a highly skilled techno DJ. At the same time,Markus came to appreciate minimal sounds - long before it became the hype it is today. Till this day, harder UK techno and minimal stuff are his main influences. When turning to produce electronic music himself in 2003,he chose to express his versatile style preferences in his own works as well - making tracks and live acts ranging from minimal deep house to minimal tech.

The latest dreiton.net release seems to be a bit different. The twins Lars and Gunnar Hemmerling, aka 4 creators (together with Telly Quin & Plastique from Einklang freier Frequenzen) and artists of the eintakt-label, present their stalker lp containing six minimal techno tracks for the peaktime. With strong pressure the sounds are pushing over the dancefloor – techno in its best form! Each track of the release is unique and from high quality. Acid-elements take turns with smooth expanses and abstract melodies - carried by perceptive but pumping beats. The idea, arrangement and mastering convinced me at once.
