diskuze zadna nebude. myslim, ze vsem doslo - ze kazda ta skatulka, potrebuje jinej pristup i u hrani. a o ml/zzz bych se moc nehadal, vzhledem k tomu, co se vse hazi momentalne do skatulky mnml todle pro me neni problem.

We hate it minimal

Nahodou jsem narazil na peknou recenzi mixu D&G v Xmagu ;)) pobavilo

I picked up a cd given away free with the Czech Xmag at their stall at Sonar which was promisingly entitled, in that quirky czechlish sort of way, We Love It Minimal. The playlist seemed to be pretty much spot on: lots of Sleeparchive and Monolake, but, as with almost everything else I've heard in th CZR, they just can't stand empty space. Most of the time this mix, by some journeyperson djs Daho & Ginger, sounds like it wants to be a 180 bpm trance compilation and they just layer tune on top of tune until you may as well be listening to Judge Jules. Have people not actually listened to any of the records they play?

It's a much better idea just to look at the CD cover and imagine what it sounds like and then chuck the cd away.



I've just noticed that these two were "Talent of the Year 2005". Just play the tunes and stop trying to impress with your dubious skillz. And it's not compulsory to whack it up to +8 all the time. Even Plus8 didn't do that in the early 90s.
