We are searching for a new tenant! Lovely 1 bedroom flat to rent from 1st of June (1 bedroom, 1 living room, kitchen in "halway"). The flat has about 50 square meters.

Location is Pankrac, next to Jezerka Park, 8 min walk to metro station Pankrac, 3 min walk to tram stop Na Veseli (line 18, 22, 53), 8 min walk to Arkady Pankrac Shopping Centre (there is Interspar), 8 min to Billa and Bauhaus, 12 mins to tram and bus stop (6, 11, 56, 124, 139, 188) trough the lovely park "Na Jezerce", where is famous Theater located as well.

Windows go to garden and surroudings, not facing directly agains another building. It's quiet, fully furnished. Location is close to several nice restaurants, there is a pub 30 seconds away :) (on other side then Windows are)

Jj dyk to jsou verci coklove

hledáme Chily (na fotce v pravo) zaběhla se odpoledne na Olšanským náměstí. Je jí cca 8 mesicu, je už daleko větší než na fotce, nohatec, z psů má respekt (von jí Bonas dal v pátek přes držku) k lidem je zdrženlivá, ale na zavolání přijde Verča 607084788

We are searching for a new flatmate! Lovely room in a spacious 3 bedroom loft to rent from 1st of June.

Location is Karlin, Sokolovska street, tram stop Urxova is right next to the entrance, 3 min walk to metro station Krizikova, 6 min tram to Palladium, 10 min to Wenceslas square.

The room is very sunny and light, windows go to backyard, it's quiet, fully furnished + AC. Location is close to several nice restaurants, and has a grocery shop in the same building.

The flat is shared with 2 young professional females. Monthly rent is 8100 CZK + internet (around 200 CZK)+ deposit 6700 CZK .
