Radja Nainggolan will reportedly be fined over €100,000 and benched for Roma’s match with Atalanta.
The Belgian caused a stir when he posted video of himself smoking, drinking and swearing on Instagram on New Year’s Eve.
Sporting director Monchi reportedly told the players “anyone who doesn’t show a winning mentality cannot have a place at Roma” this week, and Corriere dello Sport reports Nainggolan will face a big punishment.
According to the newspaper, the midfielder will be dropped for the visit of Atalanta on Saturday, as well as being hit with a fine in excess of €100,000.
