    The Paramount Theatre in Oakland, California. When it was openend in 1931, it was one of the largest theaters in the US with 3476 seats. Today, it is the home of the Oakland East Bay Symphony Orchestra and the Oakland Ballet. It also serves regularly as an event location for jazz, blues, pop and rock concerts as well as stage plays and screenings of golden era movie classics.
