Fascinating flavors! Can't stop eating. Potatoes and carrots cooked in local forest herbs and fall leaves. Quite a flavorful mix too. Mugwort, yarrow, clover, fig leaves, wild grass, cottonwood, sycamore and alder autumn leaves, roasted sycamore bark for some funky smokey touch. Add some clover salt and voila! Taste of Southern California forest. The result is a touch of bitterness, you can taste the complex aromatics but mugwort and clover seem to be a tad dominant.
