Reykjavik’s Hallgrímskirkja is a truly impressive modern building overlooking the city. You can’t help feeling
dwarfed by the sheer size and greyness of it. I shot this at dawn when there was no one around (unsurprisingly
considering how cold and wet it was) and I felt the grimness of it all matched the weather perfectly.

Vulcan Dallol — the lowest land volcano on a planet, its muzzle is located on a mark of 45 meters below sea-level.
Dallol is known also for the improbable landscapes and the most high mid-annual temperature — near 34°С.
Vulcan Dallol is in the lowland of Danakil (Danakil Depression) in the remote area in the northeast of Ethiopia.
Dallol is located at top of a layer of chetvertichny deposits including a big field of potash salts.

Saint-Michel d'Aiguilhe is a chapel in Aiguilhe, near Le Puy-en-Velay, France, built in 962 on a volcanic plug 85 m high.
The chapel is reached by 268 steps carved into the rock. It was built to celebrate the return from the pilgrimage of
Saint James. In 1429, the mother of Joan of Arc, Isabelle Romée, was said to have come to the site to pray.

Ordesa National Park, Spain.
Established in 1918 the Parque Nacional de Ordesa y Monte Perdido was Spain’s first protected area and
an undisputed highlight of the Pyrenees. Covering an area of 156 square kilometres the park contains the
showcase valleys of Ordesa and Anisclo. In 1997 it was made a world heritage site by UNESCO. Standing at 3355m
right inthe centre of the park is the limestone summit of Monte Perdido -the third highest peak in the Pyrenees.

Double Arch is a close-set pair of natural arches, one of the more known features of Arches National Park in Utah, USA.
Double Arch was formed differently from most of the arches in Arches National Park. It is what is known as a pothole arch;
it formed by water erosion from above rather than more typical erosion from the side. The larger opening has a span of
45 m and a height of 32 m.

Tunnel Beach is a locality 7.5 kilometres (4.7 mi) southwest of the city centre of Dunedin, New Zealand.
Located just south of St Clair, Tunnel Beach has sea-carved sandstone cliffs, rock arches and caves.
