Premier League duo Arsenal and Manchester City are in talks with the entourage of French youth international and AS Monaco attacker Nabil Alioui, according to RMC.
The 19-year-old is currently still on a youth contract, with Monaco seeking to make him sign a professional deal before sending him on loan to satellite club Cercle Brugge.
Fulham are also in touch with the player, who is mooted to be visiting Arsenal’s training facilities next week once the U19 EURO competition is over.
On Manchester City’s side, they are hoping to take advantage of their good relationship with the player’s agents to make a deal happen, with Kevin de Bruyne’s representative, Patrick de Koster, well placed to convince Alioui to join the Premier League champions.
