Bayern Munich executive chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge has been talking about the club’s potential move for Leroy Sane.

He said: “The state of things with Sane is that he will return from his holidays this week. While on his vacation he didn’t want to have any talks and wanted to think about his personal plans on his future.

“We have to wait to see if something will happen. It is no secret that we are searching for a winger after Ribery and Robben left the club, two players that shaped the face of FC Bayern for many years.

“We are in charge and have to wait on how things will develop.”
