    Liverpool have been dealt a blow in their pursuit of RB Leipzig's Ibrahima Konate, with the German club unhappy with the structure of the deal the Reds have put together, The Times reports.

    The newspaper says the issues surround a £34m release clause, with Leipzig wanting the fee in one payment rather than instalments, which Liverpool prefer.
