Chelsea centre back Fikayo Tomori close to completing move to AC Milan.

Tomori has been on loan at Milan since January and helped them qualify for the Champions League by finishing second in Serie A.

Milan will now activate the £25m option they had to sign Tomori in their loan agreement with Chelsea.
