Part of the 50 million deal that turned into 6 million was an agreement that Dr. Bussard not publish -- a complete gag order. For 6 million the DOD took away all knowledge of clean, safe energy from The People, virtually assured a non-viable product, and was able to keep massive funding to D-T fusion (Thermonuclear Weapons), and allows continued experiments for the development of thermonuclear weapons, such as the Bunker Buster B-61.

Američtí vědci zpochybnili důkaz, podle kterého zabil v roce 1963 tehdejšího prezidenta USA Johna F. Kennedyho osamělý střelec. Experti, včetně bývalého člena FBI, v odborném tisku napsali, že původní analýza smrtících nábojů se opírá o mylné důkazy.
Odborníci o svém zjištění informovali v časopise Annals of Applied Statistics. Tvrdí, že dosavadní důkazy se nezakládají na pravdě, a doporučili proto znovu prošetřit úlomky projektilů, které se našly po střelbě v Dallasu v roce 1963. Chtějí také potvrdit počet použitých nábojů.

Oficiální vyšetřování Kennedyho smrti hovoří o tom, že prezidenta zabily dvě kulky, které vypálil Lee Harvey Oswald.

Současní balistici, mezi nimi i odborník na kovy a bývalý zaměstnanec z laboratoří FBI William Tobin, ale namítají, že Kennedyho mohly zasáhnout víc než dvě střely. Dokazují to podle nich nové chemické a statistické analýzy kulek ze série, kterou použil Oswald.

"Důkazy, na jejichž základě bylo vyloučeno, že tam byl také druhý střelec, jsou nesprávné. Jestliže úlomky pocházejí ze tří a více nábojů, pak je pravděpodobné, že musel existovat i druhý vrah," napsali odborníci v článku.

Warrenova komise, která atentát vyšetřovala, dospěla v roce 1964 k závěru, že Oswald vypálil třikrát a že jedna střela automobil s prezidentem minula.



Komise Sněmovny reprezentantů ale tvrdila, že Oswald byl možná jenom článek spiknutí a že na místě byl ještě druhý střelec, který však Kennedyho netrefil.

Letos v únoru se také objevil další videozáznam atentátu. Autor do té doby nezveřejněných záběrů je měl přes 40 let v šuplíku, protože si myslel, že nejsou důležité. Podle mnohých historiků ale potvrzují konspirační teorii. - více zde

John Fitzgerald Kennedy byl pětatřicátým prezidentem USA. Do úřadu nastoupil 20. ledna 1961 poté, co ve volbách těsně porazil Richarda Nixona.



Necelé tři roky nato, když projížděl s kolonou při návštěvě Dallasu, ho usmrtil střelec. Vrahem byl podle úřadů čtyřiadvacetiletý Lee Harvey Oswald a střílet měl z okna budovy, v níž se tehdy nacházel sklad učebnic.

Krátce po atentátu byl zatčen za vraždu policisty, ale ještě týž den ho obvinili i z vraždy Kennedyho. Oswald obvinění odmítal a tvrdil, že se stal nastrčeným obětním beránkem.

K soudu se ale nedostal. O dva dny později, když ho chtěli policisté převézt do věznice, byl zastřelen. Majitel místního nočního klubu Jack Leon Ruby ho zabil doslova v přímém přenosu - na stanici byly totiž televizní štáby s kamerami, které incident zaznamenaly.

Policie Rubyho okamžitě zatkla a později dostal doživotí. Soud vyšší instance pak verdikt zrušil. Ruby už se ale dalšího soudu nedočkal - v roce 1967 zemřel na plicní embolii.

Putin likens U.S. foreign policy to that of Third Reich

MOSCOW: President Vladimir Putin of Russia obliquely compared the foreign policy of the United States to the Third Reich in a speech Wednesday commemorating the 62nd anniversary of the defeat of Nazi Germany, in an apparent escalation of anti-American rhetoric within the Russian government.

Putin did not specifically name the United States or NATO but used phrasing similar to that which he has used previously to criticize American foreign policy while making an analogy to Nazi Germany.

The comments marked the latest in a series of sharply worded Russian criticisms of the foreign policy of the Untied States - on Iraq, missile defense, NATO expansion and, broadly, the accusation that the United States has striven to single-handedly dominate world affairs.

Some political analysts see the new tone as a return to Cold War-style rhetoric by a country emboldened by petroleum wealth. But Russians say the sharper edge is a reflection of frustration that Russia's views, particularly its opposition to NATO expansion, have been ignored in the West.

Putin's analogy came as a small part of a larger speech in which he unambiguously congratulated Russian veterans of World War II, known here as the Great Patriotic War.

Speaking from a podium in front of Lenin's Mausoleum on Red Square before troops mustered for a military parade, Putin called Victory Day a holiday of "huge moral importance and unifying power" for Russia and went on to enumerate the lessons of that conflict for the world today.

"We do not have the right to forget the causes of any war, which must be sought in the mistakes and errors of peacetime," Putin said.

"Moreover, in our time, these threats are not diminishing," he said as he delved into what one expert said was clearly an allusion to U.S. foreign policy. "They are only transforming, changing their appearance. In these new threats - as during the time of the Third Reich - are the same contempt for human life and the same claims of exceptionality and diktat in the world."

How MEMRI fooled the U.S Media with its Mickey Mouse Translation

How easy was it for MEMRI to fool so many of the US media outlets with its translation of a children program on Hamas TV, where a child was supposedly have said the words " we will annihilate the Jews". It was very easy!
The controversy was fueled further when CNN decided to yank the video off the air because of major translation errors on part of MEMRI.

First let me just say that I reviewed the Arabic version of the MEMERI clip which looked discontinuous and disjointed because the context of the conversation in the show did not seem to be coherent. However, at the bottom of this page you will find my corrections of MEMERI translation errors.

The inflammatory words MEMRI blasted the US media with were when the young caller "Sanable" was supposed to have said "we will annihilate the Jews" were not even mentioned by the caller or by anyone else in that clip.

"Sanable actually said "The Jews are shooting us" which is entirely different word and different meaning and which makes me wonder as to where in the world the words "we will annihilate the Jews come from"

Was MEMRI actually playing verbal gymnastics? Yes indeed.
The issue here is not simply some error in the translation of this word or that, but actually making new words up and putting them in the mouth of that child to show defamatory evidence against the Palestinians.

MEMERI which stands for Middle East Media Research Institute was established by former Israeli intelligence agents, the Mossad, to police Arabic media for any evidence of anti-Israeli rhetoric.

Před americkým soudem v Miami stanul José Padilla – údajný terorista a Američan, s nímž si justice neví rady. Obžaloba ho viní z plánování útoků proti USA. Nejsou ale pro to důkazy. Přesto je úřady zadržován od roku 2002, což ho zřejmě stálo duševní zdraví.
Jestli se žalobcům podaří dosáhnout svého, může se José Padilla stát nekorunovaným králem mezi smolaři, jejichž osudy semlela válka proti terorismu.

Shrňme si základní fakta: Šestatřicetiletý Hispánec z Chicaga nespáchal žádný prokázaný trestný čin. V roce 2002 o něm prezident George W. Bush řekl: "Tenhle Padilla je pěkný lump." Od té doby strávil tolik času po vyšetřovnách a samotkách, že možná nadobro přišel o rozum.

Nyní začal na Floridě proces, který má určit, zda Padilla zůstane za mřížemi i po zbytek života.

Američtí reportéři, kteří jsou obeznámeni s případem do hloubky, nevylučují pravdivost tvrzení obžaloby, že se José Padilla chystal páchat teroristické činy proti USA. Připouštějí dokonce, že prezident Bush mohl mít pravdu, že José Padilla je pěkný lump.

Jenže způsob, jakým to chtějí státní orgány dokázat a vymoci si pro něj doživotní trest, nemá v dějinách zdejšího soudnictví obdoby.

Na pomoc nečekejte
Padilla byl zatčen počátkem května 2002 na letišti v Chicagu, kam přicestoval po několikaletém pobytu v Egyptě a Jemenu. Zde se mladý konvertita k islámu, jenž si mezitím začal říkat Ibrahim, oženil a zplodil potomky Husajna a Hasana.

Od té doby byl zadržován bez soudu přímo na Bushův příkaz. Umožňoval to zákon schválený krátce po 11. září - jakožto "nepřátelský válečník" na základě svědectví dvou členů Al-Kajdy, že připravoval výbuch "špinavé bomby" v USA. Jenže už tehdy tu existovalo jedno velké ale.

Padilla je americký občan, jenž vyrostl a většinu života strávil v USA, takže aplikovat na něj ustanovení o nepřátelských bojovnících bylo precedentem, jenž nebyl dosud překonán.

Administrativa Bílého domu se podle některých hlasů cítila frustrována procesy s Johnem Walkerem Lindhem (jenž se přiznáním ke zradě vyhnul doživotnímu trestu) a Francouzem marockého původu Zachariášem Musávím (proces se protáhl na několik let, když si jeho obhájci vyžádali svědectví členů Al-Kajdy, které administrativa odmítla vydat).

Podle odborníků je duševně nemocný
Padilla byl zadržován na základě válečných zákonů bez toho, že by mu byla dána možnost se odvolat. "Pokud z něj chceme dostat nějaké užitečné informace, neměl by mít pocit, že pomoc je na cestě," vysvětlil v roce 2004 taktiku vyšetřovatelů viceadmirál kontrarozvědky Lowell E. Jacoby.

Po třech letech armáda Padillu, jehož mezitím řada psychiatrů označila za duševně chorého (před zajetím působil jako optimistický a sebevědomý člověk), předala civilní justici, aniž poskytla klíčové důkazy o jeho teroristické činnosti. Prý by to mohlo vést k prozrazení identity důležitých agentů CIA. O špinavé bombě už nepadlo ani slovo.

Pět let poté mají porotci soudu v Miami rozhodnout o budoucnosti rodilého Američana, jemuž se dá zatím prokázat maximálně to, že se znal s příznivci Al-Kajdy na Floridě a jednou vezl albánským povstalcům do Kosova asi pět tisíc dolarů.

Padilla rozhodně nepůsobí jako člověk, který věří, že pomoc je na cestě.

Open letter to Turkish Prime Minister

Dear Prime Minister,

I am a Turkish filmmaker living in Ireland. It has come to my attention that the Bilderberg Group are holding their next meeting in Istanbul this year, between May 31 and June 3rd.(1) I have known about this group since 1993 and have been following their activities over the past 14 years. According to many sources, since its inception in 1954 by former Nazi S.S. Officer Prince Bernhard of The Netherlands, the Bilderberg Group have been covertly continuing the Nazi policy of creating a New World Order (a global totalitarian dictatorship). (2)

Likely to attend this year's meeting are Paul Wolfowitz, Dr. Henry Kissinger and Donald Rumsfeld:

o As U.S. Deputy Secretary of Defense, Paul Wolfowitz was one of the major architects of the Iraqi War (3) and is still a member of PNAC (Project for a New American Century). PNAC is a neo-conservative think-tank which called for a "catalyzing event" for their policies "like a New Pearl Harbour" exactly a year before 9/11.(4) Mr. Wolfowitz is currently being questioned on charges of corruption and has been asked to resign as head of the World Bank.

o As member of the Steering Committee of the Bilderberg Group, Dr. Henry Kissinger is also likely to attend. According to many sources, Dr. Kissinger is a mass murderer who implemented and defended the decision to run 600 illegal bombing missions in Cambodia ("Operation Menu"), causing the deaths of over 500,000 Cambodians between 1969 and 1973. Under the U.S. constitution, this secret bombing campaign was illegal without U.S. Congressional approval. (5)

Two months after striking a peace accord with North Vietnam in October 1972, he authorised 129 B-52 bombers to bomb North Vietnam for 11 days in a "demonstration bombing" as a public relations exercise to appease South Vietnam (called "The Christmas Bombing").

Former U.S. Ambassador to Indonesia David Newsom, and a Senior CIA Officer both confirm that on December 5th 1975, Dr. Kissinger, along with President Ford, held a meeting in Indonesia with President Suharto. Transcripts of this meeting prove that he gave the greenlight to the subsequent Indonesian Invasion of East Timor. This lead to the massacre of over 100,000 Timoreans and violated the U.S. law on arms trade. (6)

Recently, a French judge subpoened Dr. Kissinger about U.S. involvement with mass-killings in Chile, Operation Condor and General Augusto Pinochet. He still hasn't attended the hearing and has been evading the subpoena ever since.(7)

o Bilderberg member Donald Rumsfeld is also another PNAC member and was the main architect of the Iraqi War. As he is a regular Bilderberg attendee, there is a possibility that he may attend this year's meeting in Istanbul.(8)

My main concerns and therefore my questions to you are:

(a) Why are war-mongers the likes of Paul Wolfowitz, Henry Kissinger and Donald Rumsfeld being allowed to hold a secret meeting in Turkey this year, without the Turkish people's knowledge or approval?

(b) Why are the Turkish newspapers not discussing this event which will be taking place in Istanbul?

(c) It is obvious that a secret meeting of elite minds and warmongers like these is likely to result in the manufacture of another war for profit. I would therefore like to know whether they will be holding this meeting to plan the next stages of an upcoming war with Iran? Will they be using Turkey as a chess-piece in this next war? Also, as Dr. Kissinger wrote the book "Nuclear Weapons and Foreign Policy" and admits that he is not averse to using nuclear weapons in a war situation, will they be involving us in a nuclear one?

One journalist who has been invited to this year's meeting is Mr. Cengiz Çandar. However, in my opinion, he will be providing a complete whitewash on this year's event. Being a former lecturer at the Istanbul Bilgi (American) University (9), and a good friend of Paul Wolfowitz during the 2003 Invasion of Iraq, it is obvious in my opinion that Mr. Çandar has been invited to attend the conferences due to his loyalty to Bilderberg, and will most definitely be writing pro-Bilderberg articles. (10) Therefore, it is my belief not to trust him to make an accurate appraisal of this year's meeting and I ask that independent Turkish journalists attend this year, so that the Turkish people know exactly what is taking place in their own country.

I am completely appalled by the total lack of discussion in Turkish newspapers about the upcoming Bilderberg meeting, by the huge level of secrecy and denial surrounding it, the total lack of transparency of these meetings, and by the high level of ignorance Turkish people are showing about the Bilderberg Group. A secret meeting is being held by the world's most influential warmongers, right under our noses! This is an outrage.

As a Turkish citizen, I am deeply offended that my own government would allow this secret meeting to take place on Turkish soil without our knowledge or approval. I therefore ask you that there be complete journalistic transparency at the upcoming Bilderberg meeting in Istanbul this year. If the Bilderberg Group have nothing to hide, then we must be allowed a full transcript of their meeting. Therefore, the Independent Turkish Press must attend the meeting this year. If this is not possible, I ask that you, as a servant of the Turkish people, not allow the upcoming Bilderberg meeting to take place in Turkey.

As a public servant, I expect your reply within 10 working days of receiving this Open Letter.
