If you’ve attended any major rave over the last couple of years, there’s a good chance that you have already fallen in love with Rove Ranger’s fast-paced, high-energy, 90s-infused techno sound. His easy-to-recognize tracks have become secret weapons of many local selectors and, admittedly, we have not been immune to their spell either – classic bangers like Schaltkreis or Millennial Millennium have been staples in our DJ sets, working like a charm during late night and early morning shifts. We’ve followed closely Rove Ranger’s releases on major imprints such as Lobster Theremin, Self Reflection, and EarToGround, and were excited to see him co-founding the Vision Ekstase, an avant-garde collective that has gradually re-defined Stuttgart’s alternative scene. We are thrilled to see this German prodigy coming to Prague for the first time ever this July, headlining the first joint Sound/Weltraum event that will surely be one for the books.
