Ministr vnitra František Bublan chce, aby bezpečnostní složky státu mohly kvůli hrozbě terorismu nařídit vypnutí mobilních sítí. Informovala o tom dnes Česká televize. Právě pomocí mobilních telefonů zřejmě teroristé odpálili ve čtvrtek nálože v londýnském metru a autobusu.

"Já bych byl pro, aby v tom zákoně bylo určité ustanovení, které dává možnost - třeba policejnímu prezidentovi - nařídit, aby určitá síť byla v nějaké lokalitě vypnuta," řekl Bublan.

V Česku nyní blokovat signál mobilních telefonů v tunelech a metru nelze. Poslanci totiž před časem v zákonu o elektronických komunikacích tuto možnost zamítli, připomněla Česká televize.

Například ve většině newyorských tunelů nyní kvůli hrozbě terorismu signál mobilních telefonů preventivně blokují, uvedla televize. Pražské metro střeží po bombových útocích v Londýně posílené policejní hlídky.

Vláda už v polovině června schválila analýzu ministerstva vnitra, která předpokládá větší pravomoci zpravodajských služeb a policie v boji s mezinárodním terorismem.

Materiál vypočítával mezery v zákonech a dokládal, proč je v některých oblastech potřebné rozšířit kompetence tajných služeb. Po schválení analýzy kabinetem ministerstvo začalo s přípravou konkrétních legislativních změn.

The people of London demonstrated in their millions against the Iraq war before it began. It is also one of the most tolerant countries towards Muslims in Europe - much more so than Germany or France. Blair is widely hated for his involvement in Iraq, like Bush in the USA. Attacking the British people for the sins of their hated leader makes no sense for Muslim radicals, unless you ARE that leader - or his ally.

WASHINGTON – As London recovers from the latest deadly al-Qaida attack that killed at least 50, top U.S. government officials are contemplating what they consider to be an inevitable and much bigger assault on America – one likely to kill millions, destroy the economy and fundamentally alter the course of history, reports Joseph Farah's G2 Bulletin.

According to captured al-Qaida leaders and documents, the plan is called the "American Hiroshima" and involves the multiple detonation of nuclear weapons already smuggled into the U.S. over the Mexican border with the help of the MS-13 street gang and other organized crime groups.

Al-Qaida has obtained at least 40 nuclear weapons from the former Soviet Union – including suitcase nukes, nuclear mines, artillery shells and even some missile warheads. In addition, documents captured in Afghanistan show al-Qaida had plans to assemble its own nuclear weapons with fissile material it purchased on the black market.

In addition to detonating its own nuclear weapons already planted in the U.S., military sources also say there is evidence to suggest al-Qaida is paying former Russian special forces Spetznaz to assist the terrorist group in locating nuclear weapons formerly concealed inside the U.S. by the Soviet Union during the Cold War.

According to Williams, former CIA Director George Tenet informed President Bush one month after the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks that at least two suitcase nukes had reached al-Qaida operatives in the U.S.

"Each suitcase weighed between 50 and 80 kilograms (approximately 110 to 176 pounds) and contained enough fissionable plutonium and uranium to produce an explosive yield in excess of two kilotons," wrote Williams. "One suitcase bore the serial number 9999 and the Russian manufacturing date of 1988. The design of the weapons, Tenet told the president, is simple. The plutonium and uranium are kept in separate compartments that are linked to a triggering mechanism that can be activated by a clock or a call from the cell phone."

Blair Rejects Calls for Probe Into Bombings

Tony Blair will on Monday reject Conservative demands for a government inquiry into last week's London bomb attacks, insisting such a move would distract from the task of catching the perpetrators.

As police and security services on Sunday continued searching for the bombers - thought to be Islamist terrorists - Downing Street said the prime minister believed an inquiry now into the outrage which killed at least 49 people would be a "ludicrous diversion."

The claim of responsibility for the London attacks was first posted on one of the dozens of Islamic websites that are routinely monitored by western intelligence services.

The statement, under the name of the Secret Organisation of the al-Qaida Jihad in Europe, said: "The heroic mujahideen have carried out a blessed raid in London. Britain is now burning with fear, terror and panic in its northern, southern, eastern and western quarters."

It was posted on an Arabic website, al-qal3ah.com, which is registered by Qalaah Qalaah in Abu Dhabi and hosted by a server in Houston, Texas.

The server in Houston has intriguing connections. Everyone's Internet was founded by brothers Robert and Roy Marsh in 1998 and by 2002 had an income of more than $30m (now about GBP17m).

Renowned for his charitable work, Roy Marsh counts among his friends President George Bush's former sister-in-law, Sharon Bush, and the president's navy secretary.

The Anglo-American establishment that controls the military-industrial complex of the West has been caught over a hundred times carrying out bombings and other terrorist attacks around the world to further their corporate aims and to blame their enemies.

The US government has been caught planning to carry out attacks and carrying out attacks. The British government has been caught red-handed as well. Members of Vladimir Putin's FSB were caught planting bombs in a Russian apartment building in 1999 by the Moscow police.

This is not speculation. Kermit Roosevelt admited on NPR radio that in 1953 the CIA and British intelligence carried out a wave of bombings and shootings in Iran. He then went on to brag about how they subsequently blamed the bombings on Iran's President, Mossadegh. Do you understand, these people brag about what they do 40 years later.

Today in London 4 bombs, 3 on trains, 1 on a bus, killed possibly 40 people and injured approximately 300 others. But who stands to gain from this highly sophisticated attack?

According to IsraelNN.com, a short time ago Scotland Yard had received intelligence warnings of the attacks a short time before they occurred.

The Israeli Embassy in London was notified in advance, resulting in Finance Minister Binyamin Netanyahu remaining in his hotel room rather than make his way to the hotel adjacent to the site of the first explosion, a Liverpool Street train station, where he was to address and economic summit.

The warning contradicts the fact that the original explanation of a power surge caused the power to go out for an hour or more. They knew it was an attack but put out a false explanation. Plus why did Netanyahu get a warning and the victims didn't?

But, of course, now the mainstream media is starting to change their story, saying that there was no warning.

The Mainstream Media have been talking about the similarities between today's bombing and the Madrid, Spain Train Bombings. But what they fail to mention is that the so called perpetrators were quickly linked to an "Al Qaeda" cell in Europe, but as was later reported on PrisonPlanet.com, they were linked to the Spanish Security service. The suspects then mysteriously Killed themselves as this information was seeping out. It's become apparent that Spain's government was using the bombings for its own gains and many went to the streets in Spain to declare they knew that their own government was behind the attacks.

This seems to me as either a MI5, CIA, or Mossad Operation. The reason I say this is because on July 4th, Britain made the announcement that they would be pulling their troops out of Iraq over the next 18 months, but now, they have a reason to stay in Iraq, how convenient for Tony Blair and George W. Bush. Also this will help the British and US Governments to Institute National ID card Programs, while tightening up "security" at all bus and train depot's, like they got with the airline industry after 9/11. More searching without probable cause, more detainments of "suspects". Then there is also the increased level of fear amongst the general populace this will generate as they pound it into the average american's head over and over again. Fear is an effective tool when one wants to scare many into submitting to things they would otherwise not accept. Like after 9/11, fear of terrorism was used to pass the Unconstitutional U.S.A. P.A.T.R.I.O.T. Act, which has since been proven to increase control over the people of the U.S. by severly impeding or completely nullifying most of the Bill of Rights, while at the same time doing very little, if anything, to prevent future terrorist attacks.

Britain has bombed itself before and blamed it on the IRA, the US planned to attack itself in 1962 with Operation Northwoods. Israel has it's Lavon Affair. Hitler burnt the Reichstag Government building and blamed it on terrorists. Nero burnt Rome, and essentially did the same, blamed terrorists. It's proven that in the 1993 WTC bombing, the FBI planted Emad A. Salem to infiltrate an Arab group in New York. His job was to act as an agent provocateur, inciting violent attacks. It was Salem who convinced the other participants to bomb the World Trade Center. When he was asked to assemble the bomb, he went to the FBI to ask for harmless powder to avoid a catastrophe. The FBI essentially cut him off. To make a long, complicated story short and simple: The FBI spent $3 million of your tax money to blow up the World Trade Center. Then look at what our Government did to the Branch Davidians in Waco, which resulted in 80 deaths, 76 of which were Branch Davidians................"

"The parallels with 9/11 are striking. In both London and America, "Terror drills" occurred at the same time as the real attacks. In both incidences, the alleged identity of the bombers as arab militants was contradicted by substantial evidence. If we push the truth that the London attacks may have been a "false flag" operation, and link that to 9/11, we have a powerful opportunity to wake people up. Once people grasp the reality of the London attacks, it is a short step to having them reexamine the facts regarding 9/11."

Three weeks ago, a classified CIA report revealed that the Anglo-American invasion of Iraq had turned that country into a focal point of terrorism. None of the intelligence agencies regarded Iraq as such a flashpoint before the invasion, however tyrannical the regime. On the contrary, in 2003, the CIA reported that Iraq "exported no terrorist threat to his neighbours" and that Saddam Hussein was "implacably hostile to Al-Qaeda".

In invading a stricken and defenceless country at the heart of the Islamic and Arab world, their adventure became self-fulfilling; Blair's epic irresponsibility has brought the daily horrors of Iraq home to Britain. For more than a year, he has urged the British to "move on" from Iraq, and last week it seemed that his spinmeisters and good fortune had joined hands. The awarding of the 2012 Olympics to London created the fleeting illusion that all was well, regardless of messy events in a faraway country....

The World Tribunal on Iraq in Istanbul has had virtually no coverage, yet the evidence it has produced, the most damning to date, has been the silent spectre at the Geldoff extravaganzas.

The tribunal is a serious international public inquiry into the invasion and occupation, the kind governments dare not hold. Its expert, eyewitness testimonies, said the author Arundathi Roy, a tribunal jury member, "demonstrate that even those of us who have tried to follow the war closely are not aware of a fraction of the horrors that have been unleashed in Iraq." The most shocking was given by Dahr Jamail, one of the best un-embedded reporters working in Iraq. He described how the hospitals of besieged Fallujah had been subjected to an American tactic of collective punishment, with US marines assaulting staff and stopping the wounded entering, and American snipers firing at the doors and windows, and medicines and emergency blood prevented from reaching them. Children, the elderly, were shot dead in front of their families, in cold blood.

Imagine for a moment the same appalling state of affairs imposed on the London hospitals that received the victims of Thursday's bombing. Unimaginable? Well, it happens, in our name, regardless of whether the BBC reports it, which is rare. When will someone ask about this at one of the staged "press conferences" at which Blair is allowed to emote for the cameras stuff about "our values outlast [ing] theirs"? Silence is not journalism. In Fallujah, they know "our values" only too well....

Fortunes made on bombing

THOUSANDS of investors joined sharp institutions in making millions of pounds from the short-lived collapse in share prices that followed the terrorist strikes in London last week.

It was the busiest day of trading for over two years. The London Stock Exchange said 4.75 billion shares were traded on Thursday compared with the recent daily average of about 3.1 billion.

BP and Vodafone were among Britain's largest companies that took advantage of the volatile markets to improve their balance sheets.

Financial spread-betting firm City Index said more than 8000 retail investors had dived into the market on Thursday, correctly backing their hunch that share prices would quickly bounce back.

Some will find profiteering from horror distasteful. But many in the City applauded the resilience of capitalism.

The opportunity was created by automatic trading systems, used by institutional investors, that began dumping stock when shares fell sharply as news of the blasts spread through the City. At one point the UK benchmark stock index, the FTSE 100, had lost 100 points in two minutes and at its lowest was showing a 4 per cent fall.

"Despite the awful news, there were a considerable amount of people trading and making a lot of money," said City Index chief executive Clive Cooke. "We were deluged with buyers, it was absolute mayhem. In this electronic age, instead of being shell-shocked, investors got straight on to their PCs and took the opportunity to make money."

"We haven't had such a busy day since March 2003, just before the Iraq war," said Ian Jenkins, head of spreadbetting at Cantor Fitzgerald.

The trading firm also reported unusually heavy volumes on its fixed-income floor on Thursday morning as many institutional investors fled from equities to lower-risk assets.

Private investors were buying financial instruments that allowed them to take a leverage position either in the index itself or in leading shares. Investors had been sitting on their hands, concerned the stock market was too high with the FTSE 100 rising to about 5200 on Wednesday.

BP and Vodafone, two of Britain's largest companies, took advantage of the sudden slump in the value of their shares. BP bought in 7.4 million shares, some for as little as 601 1/2 pence. This was close to the intra-day low that its shares hit as the market plummeted around 10.30 on Thursday morning.

On the day of the bombs, BP bought about twice as many of its own shares as its average daily purchase over the past four weeks.

Vodafone also took advantage of the weakness in its share price, spending pound stg. 74 million ($173 million) to buy in 55 million shares at prices around 135p. Only the previous day, it had bought in millions of shares at prices close to 139p.
