Another Alias [WOME / DON’T / NEW YORK TRAX]

With over a decade of experience in electronic music, Dublin based Bateman is making an early stamp on the techno scene as Another Alias.

In 2017, Another Alias felt that his own sounds didn’t quite fit the general formula for what was being released as techno, so decided to start his own imprint releasing both Vinyl & Digital formats. “White of My Eyes” was conceived as a platform for him to be as creative as possible without the boundaries of another person’s opinion.

An artist label focusing on bridging the gap between percussive groove and industrial sounds, White of My Eyes is in its second release, with support from names in the scene such as Sunil Sharpe, Paula Temple, Len Faki, Rebekah, Jerome Hill, & many, many more. Off the success of the first WOME release he has also made appearances on such as Jerome Hill’s highly respected Don’t Records, and was part of the launch release of the now esteemed New York Trax Imports.

His musical style as a DJ is reflective of a large variety of ever changing genres and influences from his life, but always incorporates a mixture of simplicity, obscurity and a tasteful amount of whack that makes his tracks and dj sets stand out, and they are certain to leave a dent in the modern wave of T
