- Linux and Windows knowledge
- Professional education as a Technician in Information Technology or a related discipline is wlecome
- Experience in technical services

Activities:
- Day to day operations tasks (Backup/ Archive/ Anti Virus/ Application, …)
- Support of call center as transaction supporter
- Support of call center as application specialist for branches/ store ICT
- Daily Operation
•       Patch management
•       XP, Device driver, Java, JXS, iCash Server, API iCash, POS API, Banking Client, Web-Interfaces, Appl. iCash, Banking Client, ProAdmin Client, Tivoli Agent, …, Derby DB
•       Software Distribution
•       Firmware updates
•       Delivery of non standard orders (special reports/ …)
•       Monitoring Center for:
•       Branch ICT
(Interfaces, Jobs, Journals, Appl., DB, MW, OS, Storage)
•       Infrastructure ICT, backend
(Interfaces, Jobs, Journals, Appl., DB, MW, OS, Storage)
•       Connectivity (Branch and Infrastructure)
•       Open Incidents and Problems
•       MoD Support
•       Coordination and Documentation of the Escalation tasks
