Sorry, but I am not going to pay any cent before I see the car and take it to the service inspection. The second problem is the "deregistration" - I am ready to pay for the car only after the deregistration on my name.
By the way, what was the name of your brother? When you are selling his car, why the car wasnt registered on his name .. ?
