Episode 4 - Chicken Kiev, Shepherd's Pie, Spaghetti Vongole

Jamie takes on three comfort food classics: chicken kiev, shepherd's pie and spaghetti alle vongole with a non-traditional pink twist.

Episode 5 - Fish Pie and Hummingbird Cake

Jamie Oliver cooks a hearty fish pie, including a delicate fish curry sauce. He makes gnudi - like gnocchi, but lighter - served with a butter and sage sauce. And Jamie also bakes hummingbird cake, a fruity American sponge, made with pineapple, banana and cinnamon.

Episode 6 - Ham, Egg and Chips and Chicken Kebab

Jamie cooks his version of ham, egg and chips, with a Jamaican jerk rub for the ham and served with caramelized pineapple. His ultimate chicken kebab is served with hummus and mango amba sauce. And there's a three-tiered chocolate sponge cake with nougat frosting.

Episode 7 - Lasagne, Bacon Sarnie and Huevos Rancheros

Jamie makes lasagne with roasted duck, the ultimate bacon sarnie, and Mexican huevos rancheros - with eggs, a spicy tomato salsa, black beans, avocado and a soft tortilla.
