Then they can transit the packages to Hong Kong and hand the packages to Hong Kong DHL.
The forwarder is trying their best to solve it since packages from all companies are held in customs. They indicate that it is up to customs and they are waiting for the release from Shenzhen customs. It is a serious issue happening in Shenzhen now and most of Chinese sellers are facing it and orders are delayed for more time. We can not know when it will be fine and when these orders will be released, what we can do now is waiting for the update and pushing forwarder to handle it.
