It means the transfer was sended to the maxcoin-network, but no acceptions currently in spite of fee.
I'll write this case to maxcoin-devs. It's problem on the Maxcoin-Network, not in the pool.
But if they cannot examine this case, I'll send you the coins from pool balance.
I think all pools have such transactions.
