    KOUDY: Neni tak slozite to implementovat a ta auta to naucit. Tak to celkem zjevne je, jinak by to tu uz bylo.

    Urcite to je spolehlive a daleko spolehlivejsi nez kdyz to auto ridi clovek, K posouzeni toho nam chybi data a Tesla si aktualne dava dost zalezet na tom, aby to tak zustalo. Coz zrovna duveru nebudi.

V aktualni situaci bych veril, ze aby to treba v Texasu povolili, by stacila i data od Tesly, ktera to budou tvrdit.

    DOKIS: Nikdo to nema. Ikdyz ses v tom aute sam tak tam je casto nekdo pripojeny vzdalene nebo to jezdi jen v par ulicich..viz waymo. Cina apod. Neni tak slozite to implementovat a ta auta to naucit. Mnohem slozitejsi jsou ruzne regulace a povoleni. Urcite to je spolehlive a daleko spolehlivejsi nez kdyz to auto ridi clovek, zaroven ale neverim ze to nekdy bude 100% spolehlive. Vzdycky tam imho bude nejake procento chyb, takze nehod a ikdyz to procento bude daleko mensi nez u aut rizenych lidmi, tak tam bude. Takze bych asi nemel problem s auty kde sedim na miste ridice, mam volant a auto ridi samo treba na dalnici..ale nevim jestli za svyho zivota nekdy dobrovolne vlezu do auta ktery nema volant a bude ridit samo.

    KOUDY, KOUDY: Ono je celkem rozdil mezi "vetsinou to funguje a nekdy to da i slozite veci" a skutecnym self-driving. Tesla aktualne to druhe nema, vzdy tam musi byt ridic, pripraveny okamzite zasahnout. Uvidime, jestli se jim do pristiho roku podari ukecat prislusne urady, aby jim nekde dovolili skutecne autonomni jezdeni. Plus je otazka, jestli budou muset vyrazne posilit oddeleni pro mazani a falsovani dat (PER2), kdyz jim prestane fungovat vymluva "FSD nebylo zapnute".

    Me by se velmi libilo, kdyby to realne fungovalo. Ale po zkusenostech jsem nejen skepticky k jejich schopnosti to dodat, ale navic Tesle neverim, kdyz tvrdi, jak je to spolehlive. A sance, ze v dohledne dobe ziskame z USA nejaka spolehliva data, je s ohledem na tamni situaci docela miziva...

    After a Tesla driver using Autopilot plowed into a Florida couple in 2019, killing a 22-year-old woman, crucial data detailing how the wreck unfolded was missing, unable to be located for years. A hacker found it and Tesla said in court it had been on its own servers all along.

    The collision snapshot showing how the wreck unfolded had been "unlinked" from the car at the scene the night of the crash. Tesla couldn't find it on its servers either. The hacker, known as 'greentheonly,' found the data five years later while sipping a hot chocolate in a Starbucks.

    greentheonly's findings proved crucial to a $243 million verdict against the company headed by Elon Musk. The dispute over accessibility to the data likely had a "significant impact" on the outcome, a person close to Tesla said

    But it almost didn't happen. The plaintiffs had been preparing to go to trial without the data. “if they were able to drag this on a little longer, or the plaintiff couldn’t ... get the Autopilot [computer] cloned in time," one Tesla observer said, the case could've gone differently

    In a last-ditch effort to locate the data, the plaintiffs obtained the Autopilot computer from the Florida Highway Patrol. They turned to
    greentheonly, known for his work recovering data from damaged Teslas. They won a $243 million verdict this month.
