    Sorry, but Philly voters are far too stupid to vote Republican. The Dem machine leads them to the voting booth, robotically, like blind sheep to slaughter. Kenney is a total buffoon, who will provide years of laughs for those of us smart enough not to live or work inside of the city. He probably is the dumbest mayor of any big city in the entire USA.
