#yakuza0 in Japan on the PS3 had access to pre-order DLC that would give Kiryu and Majima access to a Walkman, which had 80's classic songs from Japan and a song from each Yakuza game from 1 to Ishin. This never made it in the international versions.
This was most likely due to licenses not being redone for international release. But either way the walkman got disabled. However the files for it are still in the world wide release, as are the songs. Just no one has been able to make it work yet. So it's still PS3 JP Only.
