The Sensation edition on the 5th of July 2008 in Amsterdam is the largest Sensation production so far. The stage covers the whole length of the football field, which is 160 meters long. The theme of the night, The Ocean of White, will turn the Amsterdam Arena into a complete water world, water running through a raised canal and 48 big fountains bursting water against the roof.
And off course every fountain explodes with the beats of the music.
People will experience a water spectacle almost as spectacular as the fountains of the Bellagio Hotel Resort in Las Vegas, with 2.1 million litres of water running through the show every hour. In only 4 days, an average of 300 people worked 24 hours a day to build the show. 40 trailers of materials were brought into the Arena to set the whole thing up.
The new Sensation show ‘Ocean of White’, which premiers on Saturday the 5th of July 2008, again promises to be a spectacle beyond belief. Watch this site to see the photos and video.
