My new article proposes seven course corrections:
• Remove AARO and ODNI from leadership
• Permit direct disclosures to Congress
• Define all waived secrecy obligations in writing
• Protect whistleblowers and their families
• Preserve evidence and notify Congress
• Set firm declassification and release deadlines
AARO has mischaracterized testimony and undermined witnesses.
ODNI has failed to correct grave abuses against UAP whistleblowers.
PURSUE has released censored, ambiguous material while far stronger government evidence remains hidden.
The boldest solution is also the clearest:
Create a White House task force, led by civilian appointees and observed by Congress and the Judiciary, with authority to identify, review, declassify, and release UAP records across the Executive Branch

A recent Fox News article reported that President Donald Trump has directed federal agencies to waive applicable nondisclosure agreements (NDAs) for current and former government employees and contractors who possess relevant information about unidentified anomalous phenomena.
But there is a catch: the NDAs will only be waived if the whistleblowers report through authorized government channels.
Those authorized federal channels, according to the Fox News report and subsequent posts by official government accounts, are AARO, ODNI, and PURSUE. Not the American public. Not Congress.
